With the month of September coming to a close, many of you are probably wondering what's been happening with our page, or maybe you haven't, which is fine because we're gonna tell you anyway, newsreel style! The official start of fall has the writers at the collective in a bit of a tizzy, what not with the actual coursework in college beginning to really pile on and the dedication of having two jobs and five other blogs to manage kind of getting to us.. But that's okay! When we need a getaway, this is the place we come to and blow off a lot of steam in a constructive and positive manner. We've only hit twenty-two posts with this new site, and our goal is to give you guys at least three new entries a week; that's twelve per month on average, so we think we've exceeded the mark! We're going to be building our other categories in the month ahead, and adding an interface for bloggers to request solicited (but free) promotion of their pages (you didn't think those ads in the sidebar were there without a reason, did you?)
As for our TATCHA review, we have some surprising news... Admin S has begun her evaluation period with the skincare line, and because want a detailed review of this product for you guys, we've decided to defer the release date of the review until she has finished. We're sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused our readers, but we promise that we're putting as much detail into this entry as we can get! Although it's a very good line of products, we are trying to cover the bases for dry, oily, sensitive, and combination skin types, as it is important to pay attention to that with these, products especially.
We mentioned a major beauty haul is in the works right?? We got some good buys in this week, and we can't wait to start our product haul for you guys! Some of the items on the list are from brands like, Nicel, Mario Badescu, Perry Ellis, AMBI, E.L.F., N.Y.C., and more! We also have some exciting new D.I.Y. articles in post, so be on the look out for their official release date. At the end of the month, we are considering having a giveaway, but we need to know that enough of our readers will be interested in participating!
