Revlon Super Lusterous Lipstick in Va va Violet!

    

      Pat on the back to me, I've finally done it.. I've finally tried purple and I liked it! It's a very flattering color considering that the undertones both in my own skin and in this lip color are complimentary. If you've been plugged into our instagram, then you know that this review has been a week underway. Pleasantries aside, we should get right to it! I'm really excited to cover this lip color because it performed well beyond my expectations.

       Color.

      The color is divine, in a word. I'm usually not a fan of dark hued lip color because they tend to be too stark even against my complexion; I still find that I get a few gawking on-lookers when I dawn this lipstick, but I guess that's the joy of going on a lip color adventure! It is very thin however, so when using it, the idea is to build up. Just like what they say with foundation, it's better to add on than to take away!

    Durability.

      More feathers than a bird unfortunately. But, primer will cure our ails without much more fuss.

    Price.

      7.99USD and lower, if you've got the ambition to find a cheaper tube. It could be easier to find the color out of season.

    Overall.

      In all, I am going to award 4 stars to this lip color. I love the softness of the plum's hue, but I love more what a workable color it is! It's a color that works well as a evening out look, or an editorial look, all it takes is confidence!
