After a late night of chills and thrills for the New Year, I feel I can officially (and belatedly) wish you all a happy new year full of promise and prosper! For those of you that have resolutions to tackle, remember that you are loved and you will acheive it through persistence; we believe in you and support everyone of you. For those of you who have just joined us, thank you so very, very much! We appreciate you consistent support and we want to reciprocate it even in the smallest way we can.

As you can well see, I've already knocked out one new years resolution: bold new lips for a brave new year. I don't know that I'd call this shade blue-based, but that seems to be the consensus opinion of it as of late. I'm pleased with the look overall; I was a bit nervous when I first put the lipstick on because it wasn't quite as dark as I'd expected, but it did not disappoint! One thing that I will point out is that it will magnify any flaws in your lips so it's best to exfoliate or use a lip mask beforehand!
